Two Sisters Catering have repeatedly provided fabulous lunches for our staff and client meetings. The food varies from daily sandwiches to an assortment of specialty sandwiches and salads. Every time our office has ordered from the Sisters we have have been very pleased with their food quality and presentation. In addition to the sandwich options the Sisiters have prepared beautiful fresh fruit salads and mouth watering desserts. We appreciate their service and sensitivity to our meeting schedules. Salmon Fresca: Salmon fillet topped with lemon tarragon aioli and seasoned bread crumbs served with wild rice pilaf

Traditional Potato Salad: skin on red potatoes, bell pepper, celery and onion with a dijon mayo dressing $2.99

Black Bottom Cupcakes: Deliciously moist chocolate cupcake with a center surprise of sweetened cream cheese and chocolate chips
Chocolate Mousse Pie: Lovely, light choclate mousse with a crumbled oreo crust, topped with choclate leaves and real whipped cream
Bread Pudding: A true comfort food, New Orleans style bread pudding smothered with caramel sauce
Signature Brownie: Anoyher staple of a full life, triple chocolate brownies with fudge frosting
Nutter Butter Sandwich: Somewhat healthy (oats) and somewhat sinful (lots of butter), a rich butter and peanut butter filling sandwiched between two oatmeal peanut butter cookies
Two Sisters Catering provided an incredible menu for my family bridal shower event. All food platters and trays were prepared with a creative presentation including sculpted food decorations. Everything that was needed for serving was provided: from utensils to dressings on the side. My guests all commented about how much they enjoyed the light, flavorful, fresh ingredients-which is exactly what I wanted. Two Sisters Catering was very sensitive to my guests needs. I requested that each platter have separation between vegetarian and meat dishes. I would highly recommend Two Sisters for any event. Their attention to detail was impeccable.
