The salad bar will vary, but will always include fresh greens, cottage cheese, fresh or canned fruit, cheeses and meats, and a mix of potato, vegetable, pasta and other salads. There will be a variety of condiments such as homemade croutons, craisins, onions, peppers, peas, asparagus, artichoke hearts and olives.
